Corporate Dress Code

The way we dress at work reflects upon the way Performance Automotive is perceived by customers. The standard of personal grooming and presentation of every team member should enhance how we feel about ourselves, our team mates and in turn our image to the customer.

At Performance Automotive, the dress code is professional business attire. Following are guidelines:

• It is unacceptable to wear clothing that has pictures, words or terms that causes offence to other employees and customers.

• It is inappropriate to wear clothing in the workplace that reveals your cleavage, back, chest, midriff or feet (mini-skirts, halter tops, spaghetti-strap dresses, tops with plunging necklines are inappropriate for the workplace).

• Clothing that is dirty, torn or frayed is unacceptable.

• Clothing should be clean and tidy.

Recommended Attire for Male Team Members

• Company supplied shirts and pants/shorts.

• Clean socks

• Steel toed boots for technicians and closed toed shoes for everyone else. Preferably black in color.

• Minimal jewelry.

Recommended Attire for Female Team Members

• Presentable pants or skirt, or a business dress.

• Business shirt or top (Smart cashual).

• Closed toed shoes. Preferably one solid color.

• Minimal jewelry.
