Multipoint Courtesy Inspection Needs Presentation
Purpose
To assist with performing the multipoint courtesy inspection that needs presentation script.

To inform a client of their vehicle and assist in making any sales.
Script

If “NO” – When would be a good time to call you back? Ok, great. I will call back then.
If “YES” – Perfect
The repairs on your vehicle are going well! We spoke earlier about the courtesy inspection we would perform and I just wanted to let you know that my lead technician (Tech’s First Name) and I have personally completed the inspection. We have taken photos of your vehicle and sent them to you, did you receive them? Excellent!
